Lost access to your 2FA (SMS or app)? Here's how to recover it

If you still have access to your account

If you can log in (for example, from an already-recognized device), you can update your 2FA method directly from Settings → Security, without contacting support.

If you still have your recovery codes

When you first set up 2FA, you received 10 single-use recovery codes. If you still have one left, you can use it directly on the login screen to get back into your account, no need to contact support. You can generate a new set anytime from Settings → Security.

If you're locked out of your account and have no recovery codes left

Contact our support team: we'll help you verify your identity and restore access to your account. This is a security measure to protect your account, designed to prevent anyone else from accessing it in your place.

What happens next

Once your identity has been verified, our team restores your access. At your next login, you'll be asked to choose and confirm a new 2FA method (SMS or app). You'll also receive a security notification email confirming the operation.
