How often do you find the exact words to ask a complex query, get an excellent answer… and then two weeks later have to rewrite the very same question from scratch for a different client?
Saved prompts are your personal digital template book: a collection of query formulas you create just once and reuse endlessly, adapting only the variable parts.
How to use them
In Ask Lexroom, click Saved prompts to open your personal library
Choose the prompt you need (in the video example the library contains prompts on privacy, administrative law and civil law)
Adapt the variable part: the tip is to save deliberately general prompts, leaving room for the specifics of the actual case. In the example: a prompt on the topic of privacy in which the specific case is inserted — namely, the lawfulness of biometric tracking of employees for surveillance purposes
Select the reference module and click Send
This way you go from several minutes to a few seconds to arrive at a high-performing prompt.
It also works for follow-ups
In the follow-up phase you also have the library available, via the button at the bottom right: you can save recurring follow-up prompts and re-adapt them to the specific case (in the example: adding the variant that the data controller did not carry out a prior data protection impact assessment).
