Step-by-step procedure
Select Ask Lexroom and click Attach file
Upload the contracts to compare (in the example: two lease agreements)
Select the relevant legal modules (in the example: Civil and Real Estate) to maximise the accuracy of the analysis
Write a complete, contextualised prompt, then click Send query
An example of an effective prompt
Avoid generic requests: specify what you've uploaded and what you want to obtain. For example:
I've uploaded two residential lease agreements. Identify any differences in the sublease clauses and list them by key points.
In a few moments the system generates a detailed comparative report, organised by topic areas, exactly as requested.
Verify and go deeper
Every citation in the report is linked to the official source: you can download it or view the relevant excerpt, validating each part without leaving the platform
With the Go deeper function you can continue the dialogue: for example, ask Lexroom to suggest an improved clause or to explain the legal implications of a specific difference found
Export the result
Copy the report or download it as a Word or PDF file
