How to complete the registration of your Lexroom account

Received the email to activate your account or your free trial of Lexroom? Here's how to complete the registration step by step.

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Open the email you received from Lexroom with the subject "Activate your Lexroom account"

  2. Click the "Activate your account" link (or copy and paste it into your browser)

  3. The Lexroom page will open, where you'll be asked to set:

    • Your email: already pre-filled — it's the one you received the invitation at

    • A password: meeting the requirements (see below)

  4. Confirm the password

  5. Click "Create account"

  6. You'll be automatically redirected to the Lexroom platform

Password requirements

The password must contain:

  • At least 12 characters

  • At least 1 uppercase letter

  • At least 1 lowercase letter

  • At least 1 number

  • At least 1 special character from: ! ? # @

⚠️ The activation link is valid for 5 days

If you opened the activation email more than 5 days after receiving it, the link may no longer work.

In this case you'll see a message like "Link expired" or "Invalid token".

Don't worry: write to us via chat indicating your email, and our team will send you a new link within a few hours.

I can't find the activation email

Check in this order:

  1. Spam / junk mail folder — that's the first place automated emails end up

  2. Promotions folder (if you use Gmail)

  3. Other communications folder (if you use Outlook)

  4. Search your emails for keywords: Lexroom, activation, activate your account

If you really can't find it, write to us via chat and we'll resend it to you manually.

I'm using Gmail / Google Workspace

If your account is linked to Gmail or Google Workspace, once you've completed registration you can also access Lexroom via the "Sign in with Google" button on app.lexroom.ai/auth/sign-in.

After your first access

Once inside the platform, we recommend that you:

  1. Get familiar with the home page: watch the Lexroom presentation

  2. Try your first search: see how to submit a query

  3. Upload your first document: see how to upload files
