Here's the steps you need to follow to install the app, and find the activation code for your organisation:
Open the App Store or Google Play on your device.
Search for "Learningbank" or follow this link to find the app directly.
Click "Learningbank" and select "download" to install the app on your device.
Open the Learningbank app you just downloaded.
You can allow notifications so you can see all important deadlines and new learning material.
To activate the app, you must use a computer or the browser on your phone.
Using your preferred browser, go to your company's learning academy URL and add /#/auth/app-activation to the end of the URL.
For example, if your academy's URL is "www.play.learningbankapp.com," you would enter "https://play.learningbankapp.com/#/auth/app-activation" in the address bar.
You will be given a unique activation code for your company when you enter the combined URL. This code is used to identify which platform you are trying to access and cannot be used to access other companies' platforms.
Enter the four-digit activation code in the app to complete the activation process.
10. Once you've completed these steps, you're ready to use the Learningbank app.
Quick tip💡 Even if someone could access another company's activation code, they still need a valid email and password to log in to that platform. Don't worry- the system is secure.
