🎯 Purpose of this article

This article guides you on how to search for new associations or partner organizations, and how to formalize their integration into your platform.
It is intended for administrators or program managers who want to enrich their catalog of solidarity actions.

🧭 Requesting a partnership with an organization that has published a mission

When an organization has already published at least one mission on the platform, you can request a partnership directly from Komeet.

A partnership request can be made from:

  • the Explore menu (Missions, Challenges, or Collections) by hovering over a mission thumbnail to display the partnership icon;

  • the mission page, by clicking Request a partnership;

  • the organization’s profile, accessible from the mission page.

👉 If your company is part of a network, you will need to select the entity for which you are requesting the partnership.

A notification is automatically sent to the organization as soon as the partnership request is submitted.

🧭 Requesting a partnership with an organization without any missions online

If an organization has not yet published any missions on the platform, it is not possible to request a partnership directly from the interface.

In this case, please contact the Komeet team, who will assist you with creating the partnership.

💡 Good to know

To check the status of your partnership requests, go to the Partnerships menu and browse the tabs for each status: validated / awaiting confirmation / refused.
