Energy performance certificates are important documents that provide information about a building’s energy use and energy performance.
In Kliva, you receive energy certificates directly via API from Boverket (Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning) when you open a property or click the "Fetch" button during an advanced search. Once a certificate has been retrieved, it is stored in our system for six months.
After this period, the certificate is automatically fetched again to ensure you always have access to the most up-to-date information. If there is no energy certificate available for the property, new attempts to retrieve it will be made until one is found. This ensures updated, accurate, and accessible certificates when you need them.
If a property has more than one energy certificate, these are visualized in the property card.
