Are you participating in a Session for the first time? Discover the typical path of a participant, from connecting to the Session to active contribution via chat, slides, quizzes or even the Board. Follow this guide to take full advantage of the interactive and collaborative experience offered by Klaxoon.
1 - Logging into a Session for the first time
Click on the link or scan the QR code provided by the facilitator (Help Center resource: How to join an activity?).
Enter your email address to join the Session.
Or fill in a nickname according to the sharing method selected by the host.
2 - View the slides shared live
You will be taken to the participant interface. Follow the facilitator's presentation thanks to the slides displayed in real time on your screen.
The slides evolve automatically, allowing you to stay in sync with the flow of the Session.

3 - Use the Chat to exchange
Access the Chat to ask questions, share your feedback, or chat with the host and other participants.
Click on the "+" button in the center at the bottom of the page.
Then select the "Message" icon.
And write your message.
Sent messages appear instantly, allowing for smooth communication throughout the Session.
4 - Answer a word cloud or quiz
When an interactive activity is launched, a question is displayed on your interface.
For a word cloud, enter your answer: it will be added to the collective cloud and the most quoted words will be highlighted.
For a Challenge, fill in the answer that seems correct to you.

5 - Place an idea on a Board
If the facilitator opens a Board, you can post your ideas, comments or suggestions.
Drag, drop or write directly on the Board to enrich the collective reflection.

6 - Tips for a successful first experience
Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Feel free to use the Chat to ask for help or interact.
Actively participate in the activities offered to get the most out of the session.
