1. Enhanced visualisation of Jira tickets
View all the key information of a Jira issue in one click, without leaving your Board, and especially without the need for a Jira license. A simple modal window displays all relevant details related to your idea, synchronized with the session participants.
Now, from your Board, the Jira window gives you access to all the essentials of a ticket in the blink of an eye, gathered in a clear and intuitive interface. You will be able to consult:

Typical Issue
Assigned
Priority
Story point estimated/ Story points
and more fields (creator, manager, date,...)
With this centralized view, everyone has a complete and up-to-date view of Jira issues, without having to leave Klaxoon. This promotes transparency, responsiveness, and coordination among all team members, whether they are Jira users or not.
2. Direct Jira Ticket Editing
Users with a Jira license can now directly edit the essential fields of a ticket from Klaxoon Board:

A new "Edit" button appears in the modal. Whenever a change is made, Jira automatically records the name of the contributor, ensuring improved tracking of updates.
💡 Please note: If you are not logged into Jira or do not have the necessary rights, the edit button will be disabled, with an explanation displayed for clarity. Rights management is automated to ensure your data is secure and compliant.

Jira import/export: Requires a Klaxoon PRO license and a Jira license.
Jira Data Visualization: Accessible with a Klaxoon PRO or FREE license, provided you have permission to use Jira in your organization (no obligation to connect to Jira).
This new integration offers you a more fluid, collaborative and accessible project management, while respecting the security and access rights of each user.
