We take ad quality seriously and want to make sure your experience stays enjoyable. If you come across an ad that feels inappropriate or offensive, here's how to report it to us.
Option 1: Use the Ad Guard (Shield Icon) — Quickest Method
If you see a shield icon (
) in the bottom-left corner of the screen while an ad is playing
Tap the shield icon
Select "Offensive" from the feedback options
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see Ad Info with a Creative ID — please copy or screenshot this
Contact us and share the Creative ID so we can investigate
Option 2: No Shield Icon? Send Us Screenshots
If the shield icon doesn't appear, please send us the following screenshots so we can identify and report the ad:
📸 The ad content — a clear screenshot showing what the ad looks like
ℹ️ The Ad Info panel — tap the Ad or Info (ℹ️) button usually found at the edges of the screen, then screenshot the details shown
📱 The advertiser's app — screenshot showing the name or icon of the app being advertised
💡 Tip: The more details you can share, the faster we can take action. The Creative ID is especially helpful if you can find it!
