Android
Tap the menu button on the top right of the home tab.
Tap and hold the "Help" option in the menu that opens.
Your User ID will be automatically copied to your clipboard.
iOS
Go to the Settings tab.
Shake your phone for a second.
A new line will appear with your IDFV.
Tap and hold the IDFV line to copy it to your clipboard.
