In the meantime, please try this method:
Scroll down on the main app until you find The Offerwall. It may look like this:
Or this:
Open the Offerwall and select any offer
Complete at least one task in offer. It can be the most simple one (install a game, finish a level, etc.), but you can complete as many as you want to earn more coins.
Once you complete the task, you should see the coins from it added to your JustPlay account. Please note this can take up to 60 minutes.
Next time the cashout timer reaches 0, your coins should be converted into cash.
