How to cashout with PayPal

  1. In the JustPlay app, tap on "Cashout" in the top right corner

  2. Tap on "Cashout" and choose the PayPal option

  3. Type in your PayPal account email address in the first field (double check it! We can't refund incorrect cashouts)

  4. Type in your Full name in the middle field

  5. Type in your address in the last field

  6. Cashout!

The money should be visible on your PayPal balance within just a moment!

Why is my cashout stuck on "processing"?

Sometimes PayPal can get overwhelmed by payments and cashouts, which slows down the process.

This is a temporary thing, and would be solved automatically after a while - you don't need to do anything! Once PayPal has finished processing, you'll see the cash in your account.

If your cashout has been processing for a long time, check to see if PayPal is experiencing any issues on their side:

What can I do if I used the wrong email address?

Unfortunately, once a cashout that's been made it's out of our hands and we can't refund it ourselves. But, after 30 days, if the money is unclaimed (meaning, no one withdrew the money) PayPal will send it back and we'll add it to your JustPlay wallet, so you can cash it out to the correct address.

In the meantime - continue to play and earn coins 🪙 and next time you cashout change your details to the correct email address!

Why do we require your full name and address?

Cashing out via PayPal is considered a financial transaction. That means that we are obligated by law to record the details of the recipients of our payments.

Rest assured your data is not used for anything or transferred anywhere inside or outside our secure database.
