Why do you need to verify your face?
The facial verification process is a security measure that only takes a couple of steps, and you only have to do once!
We want to ensure that all of our players are rewarded for their time spent playing games and that their cashouts are verified.
Face verification not working
🧻Try to gently clean your camera with a dry cloth
☀️Make sure there's enough light around you, but avoid direct light on the camera and glare.
👓If you are wearing glasses, try taking them off for the verification process.
😐Don't smile or make any other facial expressions while the process is running.
🤳Place your phone on a flat, stable surface at your eye level.
My face is associated with another account
Why is this happening?
For security reasons, JustPlay users are allowed to have one account only.
If your face was already associated with another account or device, you won't be able to create new accounts on other devices (in case it's on the same device, and you created a new account by uninstalling and re-installing everything should work properly).
How do I solve it?
Once your face has been associated with another account, you can't remove it from that account.
To proceed with your cashout and get your money, you can ask a friend or family member to authenticate this account, as your face has already been associated with another account.
Notice: submitting a data deletion removal request will not fix the message. Removing your data is not a successful workaround.
