How do I delete a Course pass?

Overview

A Course pass gives you a shareable URL link to enrol learners on a course, plus access to that course's SCORM package for use in a third-party LMS. If you no longer need it, you can delete it. For background, see What is a course SCORM package?

Note: Deleting a Course pass removes access to any associated SCORM packages and the shareable URL link. This can't be undone — you'd need to add the Course pass again to restore access.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu, or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  2. In the Courses section, click SCORM & Course passes.

  3. Scroll down to the Course passes section.

  4. Find your course in the list and click the menu on the right of the course details.

  5. Select Delete.

What happens to the SCORM package when I delete a Course pass?

Access to any associated SCORM packages is removed, along with the shareable URL link. Anyone using that link or package will no longer be able to access the course.

Can I get a deleted Course pass back?

Not directly — you'd need to add a new Course pass for the course. See How do I add a Course pass?
