If you have forgotten your Huma password and unable to log into the Huma app, you can always reset your password.
If you have forgotten your Huma login details please do the following:
Open the Huma app on your smart phone
Tap on 'I already have an account'
Tap on 'I used my email address'
Enter your 'Email address' and tap confirm
Tap on forgot password and then tap on reset password
You will be sent a password reset email. Please open this email on your smartphone and NOT on a desktop computer.
Within the email, tap on create new password. This will open the Huma app and allow you to enter a new password
After you reset your password, you will then be asked to log back in using the newly set password
