How to claim your voucher
If you have a link, it starts with launch.huggg.me. Open it to claim your voucher. You do not need an account.
If you have a letter with a code, go to huggg.me/claim and enter the 16-digit code from your letter. This takes you to your voucher.
Get help with your voucher
For help with a voucher from your council, school, or charity, visit the Huggg Payouts help centre or email support@huggg.me.
Your council, school, or charity decides who receives a voucher, how much it is for, and when it is sent. For questions about those, contact them directly.
Staying safe
A genuine Huggg link starts with launch.huggg.me. Huggg will never ask you for your bank or card details. If a message does not look right, do not enter any details and contact support@huggg.me.
