How to arrange a redelivery if you missed your delivery or your gift was returned.

If you missed your delivery or your gift was returned, you can arrange a redelivery by contacting the supplier directly. You'll find their email address on your confirmation email from Huggg.

Email the supplier and include:

  • Your order reference number

  • The correct delivery address

You'll find the supplier's email address on the confirmation email Huggg sent you.


💡 Good to know

We'll always try our best to get your gift redelivered. Depending on the supplier and the circumstances, a redelivery fee may sometimes apply.
