What if I see an error selecting my gift?

What to do if you see an error when selecting or claiming your gift.

If you see an error when trying to select or claim your gift, try the steps below. We understand it can be frustrating, especially when you're ready to choose your gift.

πŸ’‘ 1. Refresh your browser

A temporary connection glitch can prevent the selection from processing. Refresh the page and try clicking the selection again.

🌐 2. Check your internet connection

Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. If the signal is weak, the Claim request may time out before it reaches our system.

πŸ’» 3. Try a different browser or Incognito mode

Old cache or cookies in your browser can interfere with the buttons on our site. Open your Huggg link in a new Incognito or private window. A different browser like Chrome or Safari can also help.

❓ Still seeing an error?

If these steps don't work, the cause might be technical or a stock update with the retailer. Email hello@huggg.me and include:

  • The original Huggg link (starting with launch.huggg.me/)

  • A screenshot of the error message, if possible

  • The specific gift you're trying to select (for example "ASOS" or "John Lewis")
