Issues selecting your gift card (Error messages)

What to do if you encounter an error message or the Huggg link won't let you select or claim your digital gift card.

Having trouble selecting your gift?

If you are clicking "Claim" or "Select" on a gift card and nothing is happening, or you are seeing an error message, please try these quick troubleshooting steps:

1. Refresh your browser

Sometimes a temporary connection glitch can prevent the selection from processing. Refresh the page and try clicking the selection again.

2. Check your internet connection

Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. If the signal is weak, the "Claim" request may time out before it reaches our system.

3. Try a different browser or Incognito mode

Old "cache" or cookies in your browser can occasionally interfere with the buttons on our site. Opening your Huggg link in a new Incognito/Private window or a different browser (like Chrome or Safari) often fixes the issue.


Still seeing an error?

If you have tried the steps above and still cannot select your gift, it may be a technical issue or a temporary stock update with the retailer.
