How to redeem your gift or voucher

A step-by-step guide for recipients on how to claim their Huggg, whether it’s a digital voucher or a physical gift delivered to their door.

Congratulations! You’ve received a Huggg. Claiming your gift is simple and does not require you to create an account. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Open your unique link. Click the link sent to you via email, SMS, or shared by your sender. This will take you to your personal Huggg claim page.

2. Make your selection. If you have been sent a 'Gift with Choice':

  • Browse the available options.

  • Click on an item to see more details.

  • Tap ‘Claim’ or 'Select' to confirm your choice.

Note: Once you have confirmed your selection, it cannot be changed.

3. Receive your gift (Digital vs. Physical). What happens next depends on the type of gift you have chosen:

  • ⚡ Digital Gift Cards & Vouchers: Your voucher code or barcode will appear on your screen instantly. No personal details are required for digital gifts.

  • 📦 Physical Gifts (e.g., Brownies, Flowers): You will be prompted to enter your delivery address and contact details so our partners can ship your gift directly to you.

4. Save your gift

  • For Digital: We recommend making a note of your Huggg link or bookmarking the page so you can find it easily at checkout.

  • For Physical: You will receive a confirmation email once your delivery details are submitted.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to enter my address? Only if you have selected a physical gift that needs to be posted. If you have chosen a digital gift card or a "grab-and-go" item (like a coffee), no address is needed.

Where is my voucher? If you have closed your browser tab, simply click the original link you were sent (in your email or SMS) to reopen your unique Huggg page and view your gift again.

How do I use my voucher in-store? Show the barcode or voucher code on your phone to the cashier at checkout. They will scan it or enter the code manually to apply your credit.
