Great, you've got a Huggg. Claiming your gift is simple and you don't need to create an account.
💡 Step 1: Open your link
Click the link sent to you by email, SMS, or shared by your sender. This will take you to your personal Huggg claim page.
📋 Step 2: Make your selection
If you have been sent a Gift with Choice:
Browse the available options.
Click on an item to see more details.
Tap Claim or Select to confirm your choice.
Once you have confirmed your selection, it cannot be changed.
🎁 Step 3: Receive your gift
What happens next depends on the type of gift you've chosen.
Digital gift cards and vouchers: your voucher code or barcode will appear on your screen instantly. No personal details needed.
Physical gifts (such as brownies or flowers): you will be prompted to enter your delivery address and contact details. Our partners will then ship your gift directly to you.
💡 Step 4: Save your gift
For digital gifts: make a note of your Huggg link or bookmark the page so you can find it easily at checkout.
For physical gifts: you will receive a confirmation email once your delivery details are submitted.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter my address?
Only if you have selected a physical gift that needs to be posted. If you have chosen a digital gift card or a "grab-and-go" item like a coffee, no address is needed.
Where is my voucher?
If you have closed your browser tab, click the original link you were sent. This will reopen your unique Huggg page so you can view your gift again.
How do I use my voucher in-store?
Show the barcode or voucher code on your phone to the cashier at checkout. They will scan it or enter the code manually to apply your credit.
