Balance Check

You can check the balance of your Waterstones Gift Card or eGift in three ways:

  1. On the Gift Card page, accessed from your Account Dashboard on Waterstones.com.

  2. If you make a purchase with, or top-up the value of, your Waterstones Gift Card in a bookshop, the new balance will be printed on your till receipt.

  3. Present your Waterstones Gift Card to a bookseller at the till and they will be able to confirm its balance.
