I didn't receive a confirmation email

What to do when you haven't received a confirmation email

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, don’t worry - this doesn’t usually mean your order didn’t go through. Confirmation emails can sometimes be delayed or filtered, and we can easily check the status for you.

First, a quick check

Before getting in touch, it’s worth:

  • Checking your spam or junk folder

  • Making sure you’re looking at the inbox for the email address or phone number the gift was sent to

There are two types of confirmation you might receive, depending on the gift:

  1. Huggg confirmation email

    You’ll usually receive a confirmation from Huggg shortly after redeeming your gift.

    If you haven’t received this, email us at hello@huggg.me and include:

    • Your name

    • The Huggg voucher link

    • The email address or phone number the link was sent to

    We’ll confirm whether your order was successfully placed.

  2. Supplier confirmation email
    Some gifts also trigger a separate confirmation email from the supplier. This can take up to 24 hours to arrive.

    If it’s been more than 24 hours and you haven’t received a supplier confirmation, email hello@huggg.me with:

    • Your name

    • Your order reference number

    • The delivery address

    We’ll check directly with the supplier and update you.

Reassurance

Missing confirmation emails are usually down to delivery delays or filtering, not failed orders. As soon as you contact us, we’ll take ownership and make sure everything’s on track.
