Your spam or junk folder.
That you're looking at the inbox for the email address or phone number the gift was sent to.
There are two types of confirmation you might get, depending on the gift.
📧 Huggg confirmation email
You'll usually get a confirmation from Huggg shortly after you claim your gift. If you haven't, email us at hello@huggg.me with:
Your name
The Huggg link
The email address or phone number the link was sent to
We'll confirm whether your order went through.
📦 Supplier confirmation email
Some gifts also trigger a separate confirmation from the supplier, which can take up to 24 hours to arrive. If it's been longer than that, email us at hello@huggg.me with:
Your name
Your order reference number
The delivery address
We'll check with the supplier and update you.
