If your Huggg link shows "Expired", the window to claim that gift has closed. We understand it can be disappointing, especially when you'd planned to use your gift. Each Huggg link is active for a set period. After that, it cannot be claimed.
What to do next
If your link has expired, the person or company who sent you the gift can help. They manage their own links and can decide whether to reissue. Reach out to them and they can let you know what's possible.

If your link expired earlier than you expected, or you're seeing an unusual error message, get in touch. Email hello@huggg.me with the original Huggg link (starting with launch.huggg.me/) and we'll look into it.
