Has your Huggg link expired?
When a Huggg is sent, the link is active for a set period of time to be claimed. If you click your link and see an "Expired" message, it means the window to claim this gift has now closed.
What should I do next?
If your link has expired, you will need to contact the person or company who sent you the gift. As the sender of the gift, they manage the distribution of their links. They will be able to check the status of the gift on their account and advise you on their specific gifting policy.
