What to do if your gift hasn't arrived yet.

If your gift hasn't arrived yet, it's usually just a short delay. Most physical gifts arrive within 5 working days of being claimed.


🚚 When your gift should arrive

Delivery times depend on the gift you chose. Most physical gifts arrive within 5 working days of being claimed, and you'll usually get a confirmation once your gift has been processed.


📧 If it's taking longer

If your gift hasn't arrived after 5 working days, check your confirmation email for the supplier's contact details and reach out to them directly.

If you can't find the supplier's email, email us at hello@huggg.me and we'll look into it for you. To help us sort it quickly, include:

  • Your order reference number or Huggg link

  • The delivery address

  • Your full name

As soon as we hear from you, we'll take a look and keep you updated.
