If you’re waiting for your gift, don’t worry - most orders arrive within the expected delivery timeframe. Occasionally, there can be delays, and we’re here to help if that happens.

When should my gift arrive?

Delivery times depend on the gift you chose, but most physical gifts arrive within 5 working days of redemption. You’ll usually receive confirmation once your gift has been processed.

What should I do if it’s delayed?

If your gift hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, please check your confirmation email for the supplier’s contact details to reach out to them directly.

If you're unable to locate the supplier email, just drop us a message at hello@huggg.me, and we’ll look into it for you.

To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

  • Your order reference number or Huggg link

  • The delivery address

  • Your full name
