If your Huggg link shows "already claimed", the gift code has been used. We understand it can be frustrating, especially when you were looking forward to your gift. It's possible the link was shared with multiple people, or an older link has been opened by mistake.
β
π Was the link shared with multiple people?
Huggg links are unique. The first person to click and claim uses up the link. Anyone who clicks after that sees "already claimed". Common ways this happens:
The sender shared the same link with more than one person
The link was forwarded to someone else
Several people have access to the same email or phone
Ask the person or company who sent you the gift. They can tell you whether the link was sent only to you, or shared more widely.
β
π§ Are you looking at the right link?
If you've received Hugggs before, you might have opened an older link by mistake. Check your email for the most recent Huggg link from your sender.
β
β If you're sure neither applies
If you're sure neither applies, contact the person or company who sent you the gift. As the sender, they can:
Check how and to whom the link was shared
Decide whether to reissue the gift
We can help by confirming what happened with the link. If you'd like us to look into it, email hello@huggg.me and include:
The original Huggg link (starting with launch.huggg.me/)
The email address you used (if you attempted to claim a physical gift)
We'll be happy to look into it and get back to you with what we find.
