Seeing an "already claimed" message?
If you click your Huggg link and see a message stating it has already been claimed, it usually means the unique code has already been activated. Before contacting support, please check the following:
1. Was the link shared with anyone else?
Huggg links are unique and can only be claimed once. If the person who sent you the gift accidentally shared the same link with multiple people (e.g., in a group chat or a BCC email), the first person to click and claim the gift will "use up" that link.
Action: Check with the person who sent you the Huggg to see if the link was shared with others.
2. Have you already claimed it?
Once claimed, you won't be able to see what you selected.
Action: Check your email inbox (including your junk/spam folder) for a confirmation of your order from Huggg.
