Once you’ve confirmed your gift choice, it can’t be changed. We know it's easy to change your mind - that's why we provide on-screen information during the redemption process to try and make this as clear as possible.

Why choices can’t be changed

When you confirm your selection, our suppliers immediately begin processing that gift. Locking in choices helps us:

  • Deliver gifts quickly

  • Keep things fair for everyone

  • Avoid delays or errors in fulfilment

That’s why we’re unable to make changes once a choice has been confirmed.
