Standard delivery
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days, charged at £2.99 per order.
Free standard delivery is available for any order of £35 or over.
Express delivery
Express delivery is delivered next working day, costing £4.99 per order.
You will need to place your order by 2pm for next day delivery orders.
We have a countdown in place against the products eligible for next day delivery to let you know how close you are to the cut off.
Some items are not eligible for next day delivery due to safety requirements and checks that need to be carried out by our team.
Exclusions
Any pharmacy exclusive or age restricted item requires additional time for processing so will only be available on standard delivery.
Packaging
Your products will be packaged in discreet, secure packaging and delivered direct to your door.
Royal Mail Delivery
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail using a tracked service.
You'll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
You will be able to track your order direct with Royal Mail using the tracking number provided in your dispatch notification.
If your item is too big for the letterbox, and you're not going to be at home to receive your delivery, you can use a link within the Royal Mail notification to:
advise of a neighbour that you'd like to accept the delivery for you
nominate a 'safe-place' to leave your delivery
arrange a re-delivery to a more convenient time
or, alternatively, you can collect your item from your local delivery office. Royal Mail will keep your item for up to 18 days.
