We now offer a wide range of in-store services that you can book through your Hey Pharmacist account.
The booking provides you with the opportunity to arrange an appointment to speak face-to-face with fully qualified pharmacists and dispensers about anything from vaccinations, weight management plans, blood pressure checks and much more.
What services can I book?
Depending on your location, you may see the following services:
Flu vaccination
Pneumonia vaccination
Weight management
Blood pressure check
Ear wax removal
How can I book a service?
Tap on 'services' in the app or visit https://heypharmacist.co.uk/services and choose which service you'd like to book (some services will require you to check eligibility)
View the community pharmacies offering the service in your area and make a selection
Choose a date and time that suits you
View the details of your booking and tap 'confirm booking'
This new booking will then show in 'my bookings', where you're able to see what appointment you've booked and the contact details of the community pharmacy.
If payment is required for the service, this will show when you're making a booking.
Payment will be made when you visit the community pharmacy for your appointment.
Why do I not see services?
You'll only see the option to book a pharmacy service if a community pharmacy we work with offers services in your area.
