To change your mobile number for your Hey Pharmacist account, it depends on how you originally registered for the service

Registered using NHS login

You'll need to change your mobile number for your NHS login account. You can do this on the NHS login website.

Once you have changed it on your NHS login account, you'll then be able to change it on your Hey Pharmacist account in the settings of your account.

Registered using online codes from your GP

App

Click on the settings icon within the app and then 'contact details'. You'll then be able to change your mobile number.

Web

Contact the Patient Experience team so that we can change it on your Hey Pharmacist account.
