To access your video consultation, begin by clicking the three dots on the right of the appointment you would like to enter, then click view.
Note: for those using the diary sidebar feature, please click 'View' when the sidebar appears
Then, click the highlighted 'Join Now' button under the video tab.
From this screen, you can either send an email or sms invitation to your patient or join the video consultation yourself.
What happens when I click 'Join Video'
You will be transported to our partner product whereby.
Whereby may show you a screen where you need to click "Request permissions" to enable your camera and your microphone.
You should then be able to see yourself and if the patient has joined before you, you will see them too.
If the patient has not joined the consultation, you should then wait for the Patient to join.
What do I need for it to work?
We recommend using a computer for the best results
Hero and Whereby are most compatible with Google Chrome and Firefox
What if I can't access the link on my computer?
You can also access the link on a smartphone. Click the 'Send invitation' button on Hero, next to the above-mentioned 'join now' button.
You will then be given the option to send the video link to the patient.
