To access your video appointment open the email invite and follow the steps here -
If you are unable to find the invite or cannot access the link. Please follow the steps below:
Sign in to Hero Health here - use your email to sign in. Once you have entered your email, you should be sent a verification code which you can use to sign in.
Once you have signed in you can then find the appointment you would like to join by clicking 'View appointment' on the dashboard.
Alternatively, you can view the appointment by clicking on the 'Appointments' button on the left-hand menu and clicking on the relevant appointment panel.
When the appropriate time comes for your appointment, you will be able to click the 'Join video' link, which is highlighted in teal.
Don't panic, you will be asked to confirm that you want to join the video chat after clicking on the link. You can test your headphones and video here before joining the call.
When you're ready, click 'Join meeting' and you will be transported to your private video appointment.
