It can be tricky for patients to always know exactly where to go, especially if their appointment is at a location different to their registered practice. By adding a Google Maps link to the location, patients can see exactly where they need to go without confusion.
First off, to get a google maps link, first go to Google Maps:

Then search your postcode in the search function located at the top left of the page.
Once your location appears in google maps, select the Share button on the screen.
You will then see a button which says Copy link. Copy the link and then go over to Hero Health.
In Hero Health go to Settings > Your business> Locations, from here then select the location you want to add the Google Maps link to,
If you scroll down, you should find the Map URL field, where you can copy in the link.
Once you have entered the link, make sure you select Update, to save the changes to the location.
Now when a patient receives confirmation of their appointment, they will see the location their appointment is at and be able to open this in Google Maps.
