If you are unable to find your log in code on Hero, you are still able to log in using your password.
Simply select the option 'Use password instead' which is listed underneath the 'log-in' button.
Once selected, if you have created a Hero password in the past, type your password to log in to your account.
Note: if you need to reset your password, please keep reading.
To reset your password, click 'Reset your password' and use the reset link in the email you receive from us.
Once you have submitted your email address, check your email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
