How to reschedule appointments from your patient account

Provided the appointment you wish to reschedule is outside of the practices cancellation policy window, rescheduling appointments is simple.

Firstly, sign in to your Hero account, and click 'Appointments' in the left-hand menu.

Next, click the reschedule button for the relevant appointment and choose the time to which you would like to reschedule your appointment.

Finally, confirm you agree to Hero Health's Terms and Conditions by clicking 'Reschedule appointment.'

You will be taken to a confirmation page with the new appointment time, and a banner to confirm that the appointment has been successfully rescheduled.
