Renewing membership policies on Hero is simple. Start by clicking 'Members' in the Hero toolbar.
Next, search the policy you would like to renew and click the 'Action' button. Next, click 'Renew.'
Decide whether you would like to notify the patient with a renewal mailer, and choose the expiry date of the new policy. Next, click 'Confirm.'
Note: at this point the patient will automatically be debited the renewal fee on their saved card.
