Removing an existing billpayer relationship in Hero is simple.
Firstly, click 'Patients' in the Hero toolbar. Next, find the patient account you would like to add a billpayer relationship to. Next click 'View.'
Once you are in the patient profile, click the 'Connections' button highlighted below.
To add a new billpayer or patient.
Click the 'Add' button next to billpayers to add a billpayer. Or if you would like the patient to be a billpayer for someone else, click 'Add' next to billpayer.
Search the patient, select them, and click 'Add' patient.
To remove a billpayer or patient.
Click the 'Actions' (three dots) button in the bill payer or patient table.
