How to audit patient communication for invoices

To check the notifications that have been sent to patients start by finding the invoice you would like to audit in the invoices table. Click the 'Actions' button and select 'View.'

Next, scroll to the bottom of the invoice show page to the title 'Timeline.' Here you will be able to view a list of the invoicing and payment history and the patient communication sent by your administrators.
