Adding a member to a family membership policy

Begin in the 'Members' tab of Hero, as seen below:

From here, click on the three dots to the right of the individual (under 'Actions'), and then select 'View policy'.

On the 'View policy' page, scroll down to the 'Additional members' section and type the names of additional members in the search bar. The additional members must first be patients within Hero.

When you have found the member that you wish to add to the policy, click on their name and the below screen will appear:

Click continue to create an account connection and add the patient to the membership policy.
