Hero syncs with EMIS in real-time, which means that the connection between Hero and EMIS is constantly refreshing to ensure both systems are up-to-date with each other. However, sometimes there may be a slight time-delay in the sync.
If this happens and you find that you're missing appointment bookings from EMIS in the Hero Admin Diary, then you can refresh Hero.
To re-sync, log into your Admin account and go to the Diary page.
Click the green re-sync button.
This will complete the re-sync.
