That is why we developed our booking links feature, allowing you to cut out the back and forth.
With our booking links, you choose what appointment you want to invite the patient to and they get to choose which slot is best for them.

You can create a patient-specific link to invite individual patients to an appointment of your choosing.
For example, if you need a patient to book a follow-up with you, just send them a unique link for your appointment that only they can access.
Monthly Recall: (Best for hitting you QOF targets)
Every month you can save yourself the hassle of calling each patient on your recall list. Just create a link for your review appointment and send it in a batch message to the patient on the register, and they will book in from there.
Website or Social media:
If you need to reach a large number of patients you can even put your booking link on your website or Facebook account, giving your patients the ability to book the appointment they need.
