Patient Support: I have logged into Hero but cannot see my invoice

If you have received a payment reminder from Hero, logged into your account and cannot see your invoice, the likelihood is you have created a new account with a different email address.

Follow these steps to find your invoice:

Step 1: Check to which email address Hero sent their payment notification

Step 2: Use this email address at the log-in stage

Step 3: Pay your invoice
