The ID photo capture is done live during the KYC step, where you will need to take photos/videos of your ID document and your face. Our system will then verify that the two match and that the ID card is valid.
Make sure to:
Clean your phone's camera lens.
Hold your phone steady without moving.
Properly frame all four corners of the document.
Ensure that the information is clearly readable by zooming in 🔎.
After taking the photo, confirm that the information is legible. If you have any doubts about the quality, don’t hesitate to retake the photo before submitting it.
