What is the DIDDoc Network Health Monitor?

The DID Document Health Monitor is an automated system that continuously checks whether each entity’s DIDDoc endpoint is reachable and valid. If an entity’s DIDDoc becomes unavailable, the entity may no longer be able to exchange Travel Rule data with counterparties. The Health Monitor helps detect these issues proactively.

Why did I receive an email about this?

You received an email because the Health Monitor detected that your entity’s DIDDoc endpoint could not be reached. The same notification is sent to all other members of your entity’s Auth0 organization.

What should I do when I receive one of these notifications?

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Entity > Entity Information > Capabilities. Under Network Health, click Recheck. If the status changes to 🟢 Healthy, no further action is required.

  2. If the status remains 🟠 Warning or 🔴 Unhealthy, ask your technical team to investigate and resolve the issue by following this guide. After the issue has been fixed, return to the Capabilities screen and click Refresh to trigger another health check.

  3. If the issue persists, contact support at support@notabene.id as soon as possible.
