The Due-Diligence Questionnaire is a form adapted from the GDF Travel Rule Data Sharing Questionnaire (TRIXO) and the GDF Due Diligence Questionnaire for VASPs. The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide a common set of questions VASPs can ask other VASPs with whom they are planning to begin exchanging Travel Rule information.
How to fill in your Due Diligence Questionnaire:
Log in to your Notabene account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Entity Information.
At the top of the page, select the Due Diligence Questionnaire tab.
Enter the required information in each field.
Click Next to move through the sections until all parts are completed.
Once completed, you can download the DDQ as a PDF using the button at the bottom of the page.
