To submit your documents, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Notabene account.
Go to “Entity Information.”
Open the Document Center
Click “Upload.”
Select the relevant file from your device.
Click “Upload” to confirm.
If you need to upload a revised document, please remove the outdated file by selecting “Remove” (highlighted in green), then proceed with the new upload.
