The Request for Information (RFI) tab provides a simplified, dedicated view for managing RFI-related transfers directly from the Transactions page.
It allows customers to easily identify transfers where travel rule information is being requested, without needing to search across multiple transaction views.
On this page, you'll find:
Incoming RFI: Requests initiated by other VASPs that require your attention.
Outgoing RFI: Requests initiated by you towards other financial institutions (VASPs).
By consolidating RFI activity into a single view, the RFI tab improves visibility, reduces confusion for counterparties, and supports more efficient transaction and compliance workflows.
