Group Admin: manages high-level functions across multiple entities within the group

Entity MRLO: responsible for compliance and policies at the entity level

Entity Admin: manages daily operations and policy execution within the entity

Analyst: analyzes data and supports compliance and administrative functions

Support: provides help and support with settings

Read-Only: views data without edit permissions
