Creating Your Sandbox Entity

To begin, please navigate to https://app.eu1.notabene.id and sign up using an email address that matches your company’s website domain. This helps us verify the legitimacy of your request. If you don’t have a matching email address, please contact us at support@notabene.id.

Before creating an organisation, make sure to switch the toggle to the Sandbox environment so you can create a test profile first.

Step 1: Provide Company Details

To expedite the setup process, please provide your company’s Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) number. If an LEI is not available, you can manually enter your company’s details. Once the information is entered, click "Continue" to initiate a VASPnet search, which helps auto-fill the required fields. If a matching VASPnet profile is not found, you may proceed adding the information manually.

The information you provide will only be shared with your counterparty VASPs upon request and with your approval. You will be able to approve or deny access to your DDQ, and revisit these decisions later. An exception is the License and Registration section, which will be published in Notabene’s public VASP directory.

Step 2: Invite Your Team

Add your colleagues to the Notabene dashboard. You can assign different roles and permissions as needed. More information about user roles is available here.

Step 3: Connect Compliance Tools

Integrate your compliance tools with Notabene by simply adding your API keys. If you don’t have the necessary credentials available during setup, you can complete this step later. More information is available here.
