Your security is our top priority. To identify you as the rightful account holder during a phone call and to protect your personal data, we use a Service PIN.

Why is there a Service PIN?

At Helpling, we take the protection of your data seriously – especially during phone conversations. When you call us, we don’t automatically know who we’re speaking to. That’s why we use a personal Service PIN to verify your identity securely and in compliance with the GDPR.

This unique PIN allows our customer service team to identify you quickly, clearly, and securely before discussing any sensitive information such as payment details, contract changes, or personal data.

When do I need my Service PIN?

You will be asked for your Service PIN whenever you call our customer service and have questions that involve personal or confidential information.

Examples include:

  • Questions about payments, invoices, or account details

  • Changes to your service or contract

  • Cancellations or data inquiries

Where can I find my Service PIN?

You can easily find your personal Service PIN in your Helpling customer account:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to your Account Settings.

  3. Under the User Information section, your Service PIN will be displayed.

Please keep your PIN confidential and do not share it with anyone else.
